One very driven guy

No grass will ever grow under Patrick’s feet. How to find and follow your passions, play to your strengths, connect the dots, truly grow as an individual and as a communicator — and have fun doing it — are goals we all share and that Patrick set out to accomplish with a vengeance.
Propelled by wanderlust, a need for speed, a love of motorbikes (don’t get him started on his Ducati), photography, social media and a desire to escape a troubled family life and his own demons, Patrick’s journey over the last 10 years serves as an inspiration to others and is what led him to found insightz.
Coaching, guiding and grooming others, so they too can benefit from the effective self-mastery techniques that have turned his life around, giving him a new-found sense of confidence and direction, are what drive him today.

Based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Patrick’s workshops and brain optimization takes him all over Europe.

From zero to 100

A man of the world, of many languages and possessed of tremendous energy, passion and ambition, Patrick left home at age 18 and the Netherlands at 21 to find his true calling. A quick study, a sponge for knowledge, a natural born leader and team motivator, his early on-the-job training with a mobile phone operator swiftly led to his work as an engineer, spearheading telecom projects in the U.S., U.K., Sweden, Germany and Israel—all before he turned 25. Next he moved to Austria and learned German so he could complete his Master’s degree in Management and shift his career focus from engineering to product management and business development.

Hitting the wall

A life-changing, near-fatal motorcycle accident when he was just 22, followed two years later by the sudden death of his father, are what set Patrick on his crash course of self-discovery.

And it was the never-ending drive to keep following his passions and to excel at everything he does that drew him to immerse himself in a new field of study, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) — one with fast-acting, yet concrete and lasting results. Learn more: click on NLP Techniques.
